The Portrait Project | Weeks Fifty, Fifty-One and Fifty-Two

I had a great couple of weeks “off” with family in California! Week Fifty brought our flight out and a trip on the Polar Express- D got the “first” present of Christmas and wanted to “cheers” with us, Teddy had fun on the train and the boys enjoyed watching the airplanes. Week Fifty-One brought Disneyland where D learned he loved sugar, Teddy was petrified of Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride and the boys got to snuggle up and watch movies in our hotel. Finally, Week Fifty-Two brought a trip to Malibu, Teddy’s first attempt at a selfie and the boys got to enjoy a “chicky-star picnic” in the back of our car. The Portrait Project | Week Forty-Nine

Last week we were sick so we have had lots of sleeping time (D fell asleep in the hall) and mellow time indoors. We’re doing a lot better now and getting ready for our trip to CA on Saturday! I hope you all have a great rest of your week! -KJ

The Portrait Project | Week Forty-Eight

This week we headed to Mississippi to visit some friends for Thanksgiving. They live out in the country so there are lots of things for little boys to do- including hayrides! We went on two while we were there! I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving- crazy that Christmas Eve is only three weeks from today! Hope you all have a great week!- KJ
