Session Fee- $329.25 ($300 + tax for the print sessions). What’s included: • Five full sessions (maternity, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, & 12 months- 90 minutes) on location (one in studio) and one Fresh48 mini session (45 minutes in hospital) • Unlimited wardrobe changes, limited by time • Full editing of at least 30 images (Prints and Digital copies are purchased separately and not included in the session fee) • Pre Session Consultation (By phone, email or in person) • Viewing and ordering session *

By signing and submitting this Portrait Session Booking Form, you are agreeing to the following: • The maternity session will take place on Saturday, 10/5 at 8 am. • Client is responsible for contacting Katy once the baby is actually born to schedule the newborn session.• Should you need to reschedule due to illness, please call and give me 24-48 hours’ advance notice if possible. You are allowed one event of rescheduling but please give me as much notice as possible. Please don’t reschedule for minor skin injuries. • If the weather is torrential and we cannot shoot, the session will be rescheduled. Clouds, light wind, light sprinkles aren’t a problem and I usually go ahead in this case. • Photographs taken by Katy Johnson Photography may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any publication to promote my business. • At no time shall any of my work be saved to a computer/hard drive, shared online or printed without express written consent. This is a breach of copyright and illegal. If you purchase the digital files, these releases will be included. However, any blog posts or Facebook images posted by Katy Johnson Photography may be freely shared with your friends and family by way of a link back to the original content. • I do not offer free or discounted re-shoots on the basis of client regret over wardrobe choice, location choice, etc. *
